Located in Seef area, the Chinese embassy residence is an important project emphasizing the diplomatic relationship between kingdom of Bahrain and the People's Republic of China. The project consists of the ambassador's private residence, operation headquarter and employee's residence as well.
The design reflects the traditional architecture of the People's Republic of China. The building is formed out of three masses, the employee's residence, the ambassador's residence, and one main building with a central courtyard. The entire land has an open and spacious design, yet provides privacy.
The light materials used on the facade lets the greenery of the surrounding gardens stand out. The entire project is a perfect balance of simplicity and modernity.
